The university will seek permission from the Board of Regents, State of Iowa, during its meeting on April 18, 2019, to increase the project budget for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital in order to pay the arbitration award to Modern Piping as well as a settlement agreement reached with Merit Construction.
